New barn house Elst

This concept for a new barn house in Elst, Gelderland was recently designed by IHC architects. The house is characterized by the large open façades in combination with heavily shaped wooden accents. The property is characterized by the high and spacious residential areas.

Architecture

The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious kitchen and living room, all equipped with high glass fronts. Above the living room a vide has been created, for extra spatial effect. In addition, space is reserved on the ground floor for a spacious office / work space.

Three spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor. The three bedrooms share a generous bathroom. The beautifully designed entrance staircase catches the eye and connects to the living room.
