Dream house Terrace Estate
Villa Terrace Estate is a Balinese-style villa located in Santa Barbara Plantation, between Seru Boca and Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort. The area is characterized by breathtaking views of the Spanish Water, the Caribbean Sea and hole 18 of the golf course designed by Pete Dye.
The imposing villa, designed in Balinese style, is characterized by the special freestanding roof construction, consisting of three separate roofs. Under the three-part roof are three lockable rooms in which the master bedroom, media room, guest bedroom and pantry are located.
The living room and kitchen are located beneath the three roofs, but are situated in the open air. Because of the freestanding roof construction, the wind in these spaces has free play and the temperature is always pleasant here. The lowest point of the middle roof is oriented to the west, so that in the afternoon enough shade is created in the kitchen and dining area.
Through the beautifully landscaped tropical garden the the lower floor can be reached, where two spacious guest apartments are situated. Both apartments have their own living room and connect seamlessly to a shared terrace, which of course takes into account the beautiful view of the Spanish water.
