Beach studio Boca Gentil
Boca Gentil Curaçao is a luxurious resort located directly on the sea in Jan Thiel. All houses, apartments and beach studios have beautiful sea views. Architecture
At the pool deck of the original villa an extra guesthouse (beach studio) has been realized of approximately 60m² and gives space to two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a shared living room / kitchen. The roof of the expansion connects seamlessly with the original pool deck.
On the roof of the beach studio a construction has been fitted with a tarpaulin, creating a wonderfully shady location. In addition, a carport has been added to the street side in order to fully adapt the house to the client’s requirements for use.
