This modern house, located in Vista Royal, is located directly behind the well-known holiday resort Boca Gentil. From the terrace of the house you look directly at the Caribbean Sea between the houses of Boca Gentil. The house is within walking distance of Jan Thiel Beach.

Architecture

The house is characterized by the straight lines and contrast between white and anthracite painted facades and wooden frames. What makes this house very pleasant, are the various sliding doors. These enrich the living room and the kitchen with the inside-outside living. In addition to the two equivalent bedrooms, the master bedroom is located on the living floor and has wide views over the (covered) terrace, the swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea.

Of course, the living room and kitchen are also situated on this floor. Because of the large glass (sliding) fronts, these rooms also have breathtaking views over the neighborhood and the Caribbean sea. The ground floor is equipped with, among other things, the entrance and technical room. The carport is also situated here.
