Modern holiday villas Jan Thiel
These two modern holiday villas are almost next to Jan Thiel Beach, opposite the well known papagayo beach resort, Van den Tweel supermarket and famous restaurants like Zest, Papagayo and Tinto. The construction of both holiday villas started in mid-2018 and will be completed halfway through 2019. Both villas are located side by side and although they are designed using the same style characteristics, both houses have their own character and appearance.
Architecture
The upper floor is completely dedicated to the main living areas, including the spacious kitchen, living room and various covered and uncovered terraces. Both houses are obviously equipped with a spacious swimming pool with infinity edge.
In addition, both villas have a loft, so the upper floor is in direct contact with the ground floor. The ground floor is where the bedrooms are located. Five spacious bedrooms are positioned in both holiday villas. All bedrooms have their own walk-in closet and bathroom. In addition, all bedrooms are connected to covered terraces, so that one can also enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden.
