Modern villa at Coral Estate
Modern villa Coral Estate is situated in 400 hectares of untouched nature and in the vicinity of the breathtaking beaches Daaibooi, Karakter and Porto Marie. The modern house is realized at the private resort Coral Estate. The resort is situated in such a way that all plots have a view over the Caribbean Sea.
Architecture
This modern tropical villa is, as it were, divided into two wings. In the right wing seen from the street, there is the spacious living room and open kitchen. In the extension of these two rooms a large covered terrace has been created that overlooks the swimming pool with infinity edge. Next to the spacious swimming pool there is a wooden pool deck, so there is also the possibility to sunbathe.
The left wing is where the bedrooms are located. Two bedrooms are situated here (first floor), and a two bedroom guest apartment is situated on the ground floor. The wing with bedrooms is placed at an angle of 10 degrees relative to the house, so that the terraces on both ground and first floor provide a different view as the living wing. Willemstad is clearly visible from this position.
